They really don't need any grounds because just the possibility of a long drawn out bullshit lawsuit that would tie up Murray's money, lawyer, and time is enough of a reason to capitulate. Whats easier, spending 2 years winning a crap lawsuit or being on set for 3 hours and getting paid?

They charge per hour and then a fee based on how much space in the vault the ghosts they catch take up in the vault!

I wonder if the storage fee is one time or like a subscription because no way could they find a specific ghost to release.

Umm guys, so in those Xmen movies, how did the xmen get their powers? Do they go to a geneticist and buy certain powers and get them spliced into their genes or something? And how did that bum "wolverine" afford a whole new skeleton and healing powers as well? Probably a trust fund baby lol

Also, why didn't Murray even bargain with the guy? His one skill was being a con man, so he should've been able to get a good rate on the mortgage or something. I assume they paid off the house right away, but we'll never know for sure...

If ghosts were real the ghostbusters would provide a very controversial service, because ghosts would be the original occupants of the properties they were being removed from. It would be like the treatment of native americans, but with an even smaller containment unit. Unrelated to that thought, if ghosts were real I would try to have sex with them.
