This was a pretty high quality year. None of the divisions were settled with 8 weeks done 3 of the 4 division winners finished 8-2. No 3rd place team was worse than 5-5 and 4th place was at least 4-6 in all but one division. Also was a strong year for scoring: only one team under 200 PPG where the next lowest under that was 6 last year. I don't think we had anyone just phone it in this year, either. We had 3 teams go 0-4 in division play, though it's hard to compare that mark with previous years which did not have an ideal schedule. Ironically, one of those teams, LeeMajors', made the playoffs with a 6-0 out-of-division schedule. Ninja Bob made the playoffs despite facing the 2nd most points in the league. LeeMajors' aforementioned team was aided by facing the least points in the season by a good margin. For that honor, he gets to face the highest scoring team in the league (and, knowing my luck, will probably win). Spintzel had the worst record, 1 win, despite scoring the 12th most points. And let's hand it to JesustheDarkLord: he started the year 0-5 and managed to finish the season 5-0, the leauge's best win streak, falling just short of the playoffs.

I think this really speaks to the dominance of RBs and the faltering of QBs this year. I've seen a lot more consistency with high RB numbers and a lot less stupid-video game stats for QBs. Definitely balances things out when key talent is across the board.

Lamar Jackson only has 17 points at the half and Da'leon Ward was a late scratch and my kid from UNLV is out, forcing me to insert a dude that was playing a good defense. My D has a tough matchup as well. Not saying it's going to happen, but Lee Majors has a chance if he can get some points out of Kirk and Muhammed.
