that $6.2k looks pretty cute for a young couple too bad it's basically on the equivalent of a toxic waste site at this point I wonder if there's a class action lawsuit brewing against the city or the state coming from home owners who saw their equity tank. I'd certainly be pissed. Hell if people are suing VW over the air emissions thing de-valuing their car why not.
