I don't mind announcing a little earlier if you are ready, but I don't want future HOHs to feel that they are obligated to rush to give in their nominations to give everyone time to prepare or people will resent them. It's a short enough time frame (less than 24 hours) to make a decision, I don't want to cut it even shorter. That said if you guys promise not to use it against them later, I don't mind announcing a little earlier, say at 2pm, which is 6 hours before the competition.
