Good pho broth stands well enough on its own to not be adulterated with sriracha, IMO. Ask for extra jalapeno or basil instead then maybe squirt a bit of sriracha into a separate little sauce dish then dip your protein into that.

People have been way over this by now but nthing that sriracha goes in spicy asian food and cholula goes in spicy Mexican/southwestern food (also omelettes) Seriously if you are a diner and I ask for hot sauce with my omelette and you give me cholula instead of asking me to choke down a bottle of acid labeled "Tabasco" you will make my whole day
