Well, as the z's would indicate it helps you sleep! How does it do this? Some magical mix of unique ingredients? No! Through 25 mg of diphenhydramine. That's right, the exact same stuff in generic brand sleep pills and allergy tablets! For $8 I recently bought a 600 pack of 25 mg diphenhydramine pills, because they do in fact work at making me tired and helping me sleep. That is 1.3 cents per pill. Zzzquil is 14.6 cents per pill! my favorite is having a flu and looking at the wall of loving flu products and trying to look at the text to see which ones have phelylephrine phenylephrine might say 'decongestant' and used in place of pseudophedrine but it is 100% useless. that is not hyperbole it's never been proven to be better than placebo in clinical trials but they still hock that poo poo at you for $8 a blister pack even though it won't do poo poo. hey, you can't make meth out of it
