The fact that The Miz might very well be the best heel in the WWE is so awesomeCaptain Magic posted:It's just too bad he's still so boring to watch in the ring. I don't really agree with this. Eh, he's boring in the ring and doesn't do his opponents any favors. But yeah on the mic, Miz is incredible in his role.

Totally agreeing with this. And Miz fired right back with how Daniel's "not cowardly" style got him an early retirement. That was tense as hell.

I'm not sure what else you could want. Uhh, I'm not sure how that is significantly different from, say, Seth Rollins. Or a huge number of heels. Dudes like CM Punk, Chris Jericho, etc. managed to have some aspects to their gimmick in addition to "best in the world" / "best there is at what I do"

Between the awesome Carmella attack and the Miz promo, Talking Smack managed to have the hottest angles in WWE right now. I hope that Miz becomes completely unhinged and tries to prove his worth as a wrestler resulting in calling out the wrong indie dude (Joe) and dying.
|
# ? Aug 24, 2016 04:27 |

If Miz becomes a fighting champ and in a couple months from now calls out someone and like Joe appears and Miz fights valiantly trying to prove his worth in a good match as a heel but gets crushed hard at the end cause Joe is too much beast then it'd be a good end to his reign.

DB vs Miz was an awesome job by everyone involved. Fairly certain they are just creating buzz to get more eyes on Talking Smack though. Maybe a tad off script but I'm convinced the results were the same. Walk off in anger is the only good result Bryan could get out of that. He being a "GM" now and also a guy they won't allow wrestle. Also, that makes Miz look strong on the mic because he spit fire so hot DB had to leave. Good for both men, really. Also... Bryan Danielson would mop the floor with Michael Gregory

You got worked. They get more creative freedom on SD but that means they get to decide what kind of content to generate and it gets to have a looser feel, but that doesn't mean they're shooting. Miz works heel and nearly always has, and Bryan and Miz have been interacting with each other literally since Bryan's day one in WWE when he was his smug prick of a "mentor" in NXT. Miz is a class act IRL, and the reason his position in the company is so secure is because he does everything right on the PR end. There's no way he'd just haul off on Bryan like that if Bryan didn't give the OK first. He likely told Miz to lay into him that hard.
