yeah with one weird trick: grab a big ol glob of gabagool and put it in your mouth. leave it there for a bit. DO NOT SWALLOW. it literally melts in your mouth it's so goddamn loving delectable. now spit out your paste

Hmm, let me spend time and effort to create something I could easily purchase at the grocery store for less of the aforementioned resources to fill the void in my meaningless life.

I'm a goon. Please call the relevant authorities.

curing your own meat is a nice hobby but its also good to buy from the store when you're lazy or don't have any available because you're a fat oval office and ate it all

Cure salmon with smoke and you get smoked salmon it's amazing.

Cure some white fish meat or some shell fish meat with lime juice that's good too.

Cured fish meat is great and pretty healthy.

you should aim to eat less than fifty grams of processed meat a day if you want to avoid a significant increase in colorectal cancer risk, or ideally partake in processed and red meats only infrequently

if possible, you should choose processed meats and prepare your own meats using methods that minimise the formation of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, which along with nitrates and nitrites are hypothesised to be the main carcinogenic agents present in these foods

this can be accomplished in grilling, for example, by reducing charr marks and cooking at a lower temperature, as well as minimising the amount of fat in the ingredients
