Im a famous tour de france cyclist so my resting heart is 1bpm, my blood has turned to sludge though thanks to all the doping.

So I could never tell if thats good or bad Its normal if you do exercise and most likely fine even if you dont, Im sure the doctor would have said something more about it if it was hiding a health problem :-)

lol heart rates? who needs it I say! I have invented a way of just getting blood all around my body without my dumb heart. I just shake around in a seizure like state a couple times a day and I'm good.
