101 dalmatians because for an entire summer when I was 8 I woke up and slammed that poo poo into the VCR and watched it at least once, sometimes 2 or 3 times

Independence Day. Had it on VHS, still holds up. I never noticed during the end that the president fires four missiles and is awarded a bonus missile until I read it online. Sequel is poison.

Shawshank was on TBS about 20 times a week growing up. It was one of those movies where you're like "Oh, it's that part..." and you end up watching the whole drat thing. For watching it probably 30-40 times, I still couldn't tell you the order of some of the plot points. After that, Jurassic Park (I watched it a ton on VHS) and Independence Day. I also owned Godzilla vs. Biollante and watched it too many times. I love Godzilla movies.

The Mummy remake, it was the first DVD we ever got and I was so excited as a kid that I didn't have to rewind anymore that I used to watch it over and over.

I watched neverending story possibly hundreds of times when I was a kid. My friend and I would sometimes watch it multiple times a day. As an adult the movie I've rewatched the most is big trouble in little china. Regardless of how good it is I just can't compete with child viewing habits. I've seen it maybe 40 times. I've also seen princess bride a lot. Because I enjoy getting laid. Nathilus fucked around with this message at 20:28 on Aug 27, 2016 |

Sibling liked Mrs. Doubtfire so I must have seen that a dozen times. We Hate Movies podcast had a great episode pointing out that Mrs. Doubtfire quits a good job to protest smoking, but his severe alcoholism drives the plot and is never addressed. And Pierce Brosnan is a saint.

Probably the original three Star Wars movies. My autistic brother watched them, non-stop, every day, during the summer. That and Ghostbusters. The one I have seen the most that is my favorite is Andromeda Strain. I just loving love that movie for some reason

I still enjoy it, but it's an enormous step below the other two members of the sandler holy trinity, Happy Gilmore and Waterboy. Nothing else he has made is worth watching but those three but I still do it anyway because I hate myself.

adam sandler is garbage and as a young person i never really liked any of his movies, i thought they were lazy and poo poo and the people who liked them were stupid. like yea okay the bob barker scene in happy gilmore is funny, a shame about the other 80 minutes of the movie you gotta sit through. they have not aged well. its like old gross bleu cheese any substance or flavor has been completely overpowered by the offensive odor that just gets worse with time billy madison i especially dont like because it doesnt even attempt in any fashion to make itself a movie. its just a bunch of clips of adam sandler in front of a camera where nobody tries to act and i cant even call the story a plot, its not even. i guess you can say none of that matters in a comedy movie if you're a loving retard or something

Just because yo u think it's a stupid plot doesn't mean there wasn't a plot. It was actually pretty straightforwardly laid out. Idiot son has to go through school again to get control of his dad's company, if he didn't it goes to stereotypical villain guy. He does well at first, it gets hard, he thinks about quitting, is convinced to keep going and redeems himself. It's not complex, but it's very much a plot.

When I was a kid my younger brother would put on Space Jam all day everyday as background noise whilst he hosed about doing other poo poo in the living room. So honestly probably that because this probably went for a while on until he wore out the video tape. Then he moved on to doing the same thing with the Tom and Jerry Movie.
