The RainForest Cafe is a nice place if you're feeling exotic and want a trip "downunda mate"

I love theme restaurants, Anthony Bourdain can go eat a broiled ox penis, which he was probably planning on doing anyway in some disputed territory in SE Asia. All the ones mentioned in the OP are great, but I'd like it if they made a pre-Colombian Mexico-themed restaurant, with gruesome mock-sacrifices 15 minutes after the hour. What's that, you want chicken tacos? What's a loving chicken? All we've got is turkey!

I want to start a burger restaurant with a taco truck theme. All of the entrees would be burger variations, but they'd have names like "The Street Taco." People love burgers and people love taco trucks, so it'll be a smash hit.

My wife and I ate at this restaurant in Costa Rica that's built inside and around a C-123 cargo plane. Plane was awesome, food was average, which I'm sure is standard for most theme restaurants. Shout out to Nicole Goddard.
