There's also a fatass sheep that walks lazily behind you so slowly that it falls behind and the game has to teleport it ahead for it to keep up with you. FF14 has a real good set of followers goin on. edit: dont even get me started on the fat chocobo Your character dangles a cabbage from a stick to make it run but when you switch to flying mode they pull out a cake

Yoshi's Wooly World getting a 3DS port is nice and all, but I am far more excited about the 30 stop frame animations of Yoshi and his dog friend playing around on somebody's desk.

Speaking of Z moves, the 3DS version of Puzzle and Dragons was fun, and I hope we get Puzzle and Dragons X in the states.

CrashCat posted:Yeah, I like those sorts of games but I don't like the feeling of never getting anywhere. Also some of the games that only show up on mobile I just can't stand playing with those controls. I installed that Justice Monsters game or whatever and it took up half a gig and ran like poo poo on my tablet. Deleted so drat fast. I would totally play another pinball/peggle-ish game on PC or console but I can't deal with my poor old tablet trying to jank through it while eating half the battery in moments.

Super Mario Maker is coming to 3DS! ...but you can't search by course ID, not all courses made on the Wii U version will be compatible and you can only share the courses you make locally.

All that direct did was make me glad I already have a Wii U. Turns out the best advertising for the system would be to make bad ports of its fantastic games.
