Some of Clone Wars was broadcasted out of chronological order, but you can watch either in broadcast or chronological and still have a good time. Also don't skip episodes. Watch the whole show, it's all pretty good.

Filoni said at the same presentation that announced that Season 4 of Rebels would be the final one that "this is not the end of animation at LucasFilm". So there's something else in the works...but no details yet.
