Are there opportunities to influence industrial policy in this game, as in "instead of making impractical heavy tanks and artillery pieces, make more trucks, tractors and assault guns"?

This may have been answered already, but is it possible to run supply convoys along the Black Sea coast to Odessa and/or Nikolajev?

I was wondering: does Operation Silver Fox come up at all? It took place outside the map, but it could maybe be an event where you have the option of spending PP on additional support for the operation, and if it succeeds, Stalin suffers a paranoia increase from losing Murmansk and the Lend-Lease shipments that went through the port.

Earlier there was mention of convoys to Tallinn being threatened by submarines from Kronshtadt. Seeing as Kotlin isn't represented on the map, what happens to the base when Leningrad is taken? Is it automatically neutralised?

The POW treatment thing increasing partisan activity is strange. Surely the actual partisans already know well how POWs are treated, why would a protest letter embolden them? Not to mention, the RKKA is in a much worse position than historically, so probably wouldn't be able to support them as much as they actually did.

As for AGN, if you cannot transfer divisions to other army groups, is it possible to regain PP by demobilising them ahead of time? Historically the Wehrmacht had hoped to be able to defeat the Soviet Union before winter, leave a few divisions for occupation duty, demobilise the rest and send the soldiers back into the civilian workforce. Similarily with the Finnish forces: if there is no resistance left in AGN's operation area, they would probably want to pull back to their own territory and assume a defensive posture.

Omobono posted:

"It's so bad even some Germans are complaining"
Less facetiously, I assume because there's a difference between a Russian partisan saying that the POW treatment is inhumane and an actual document by high German command declaring the same in convincing the civilian population to collaborate with the partisans, convincing potential recruits and so on.
But how do the civilians in occupied territory learn about the document? Who does it actually leak to?

What is represented, more or less, by those "incident" events? Because I've been interpreting those as German atrocities, and the bonus comes because nobody really likes sociopaths, even nominally on one's side (you never know when they'll "accidentally" hit a wrong target for one).

Note the wording:

"Are we fighting savages?" instead of "Are our men savages?".

Are there any special bonuses for capturing every city in a Army Group zone or removing all soviet units from one? It looks like this will soon be the case for AGN, so it would make sense if there was some acknowledgement of the Army Group scoring a complete victory.

"Civil Affairs" at zero - is that solely due to protesting the appointment of those administrators?
