The Crunchyroll subs are on a 6-day delay due to behind the scenes nonsense from the original airing station TBS, so fansubs for Girlish Number at least are generally picked up by streaming sites first. Those sites might correct the video with a better version, but that's obviously not guaranteed. If Shibasaki is suppose to be a big-name seiyuu, why doesn't she use that fact as leverage to get the jobs she wants? "I'm loving Shibasaki Kazuha. Get me the jobs I want or I'll find another studio" Or am I overestimating how much her name is worth?

The sort of jobs she is looking for are pretty rare these days, they also tend to go to industry veterans. Kazuha is popular but not a veteran of the industry. The stuff she hates, the live events, singing, schmoozing, bikini videos and so on are the norm these days, there is no getting away from them unless you are in such high demand that you can pick and choose or such a veteran elite that you can just refuse jobs that don't interest you.
