Cool that the team decided to see a lot of pitches early that way this rookie can get comfortable. Maybe Melvin and Martin are just doing advance scouting so they can relay all that they saw to the better players.

Cubs/Cardinals game 4 last year was at 3:30 in the afternoon and I had to leave work at 2 PM to make it there in time after buying tickets. I agree, it's stupid as hell. No one's watching all these games anyway guys if you put them on in the afternoon.

It's going to annoy me all off season that Gibby stuck with Martin at 5. I know it wont be the reason we lose because one player sucking doesn't gently caress everything up but still. The guy has looked so bad for 2 months now. Pitiable at bats.
