im permabanned poster demonstomper93. i first started playing DOOM when i was about 12. by 14 i got really obsessed with the concept of "ULTRA-VIOLENCE" and tried to channel it constantly, until my thought process got really bizarre and i would repeat things like "WHO'S A MAN AND A HALF? I'M A MAN AND A HALF!" and "RIP AND TEAR RIP AND TEAR RIP AND TEAR YOUR GUTS!" in my head for hours, and i would get really paranoid, start seeing things in the corners of my eyes etc, basically prodromal schizophrenia. im now on antipsychotics. i always wondered what the kind of "ULTRA-VIOLENT" style of DOOM gameplay was all about; i think it's the unconscious leaking in to the conscious, what jungian theory considered to be the cause of schizophrenic and schizotypal syptoms. i would advise all people who "get" DOOM to be careful because that likely means you have a predisposition to a mental illness. peace.

Removing reloading from Doom was the best thing they could've done and I will fight anyone who says otherwise irl. Also, here's the Japanese version, My Little Cacodemon Can't Be This Ultra-Violent

BTW, the secret you missed wasn't the armor in the bathroom, it was a mega-health above the big vent. Yes, that means there are no less than 4 secrets in a jumping puzzle arena over a death pit with only one checkpoint save before it and a point of no return after it. Best gun, best music, worst loving level in the whole game.
