The PFA has announced that they are making progress and will introduce an interim executive board of 9 current UFC fighters at UFC 205. Those 9 fighters are then going to go out along with the PFA staff and start trying to collect authorization cards from other fighters. They are estimating that they might have enough for a card count and vote in the spring.

As it retreats farther into hindsight and the division's early history, that moment seems stranger and stranger.

Ian was the best wrestler at Fly but also had the worst head on the planet. To beat Mouse has always required top tier wrestling, both him and Dom had it, but Dom is the most stable man on no legs whereas Ian had his psycho ex.

Yeah that makes no sense, especially since Pettis has a whopping one win at FW (and is 1-3 in his last 4), why make 145 more of a clusterfuck than it already is? If Aldo beats Frankie and then Holloway/Pettis back to back, I see no reason not to make him the Undisputed champ.
