Yo those penalties were grade A bullshit and looked more like the refs figuring out how to give the Pens a PP after Crosby should have gotten an instigator

Pens have been penalized the 17th most times, the Rangers are 30th. Pens are 18th in opponent penalties, and the Rangers are again 30th. So Rangers games feature very few penalties.
