It's been a while since the last one, so it's time for another Rocket League goon tournament! So here's the deal: The last one was: - Teams composed of two players - A league with one round + play-offs (meaning every team plays every other team once, the best teams get to play the other best teams a second time) - Best out of 3 for the main round. Possibly a longer series for the play-offs/finals Depending on interest, we may have to go with teams of 3, or a bracket instead of round robin. Let's judge how many teams want in before we make any decisions regarding that. Assume 2s for now. For the sake of scheduling try to be in the same timezone as your teammates if possible, unless you know you will be around at the same time they are. I heard last time this caused major headaches. We will likely start scheduling games after Christmas Break, for hopefully maximum availability. Be Part of a Jostlemania III Montage If at any time during your Jostlin games you do something that is Siiick, Savage, Okay, Nice Shot!, Great Pass or simpy hilarious send me either a replay or a clip (please only use clips if somehow the voice comms are essential to the moment or you are on console and can't send me replays) If you send me a replay make sure to include a timestamp and describe what you want me to use just to be on the safe side. There is no need for it to be a top level play or anything, just something that you found noteworthy for some reason. If I get enough material I'll make a montage out of it once Jostlemania is done. I'm up for this, it didn't go so well last time because I basically didn't have a teammate. If anyone wants a teammate, I'm FlamingDarkness on PSN. I do also have RL on Steam but it runs on a computer without a graphics card, at probably the lowest settings, so I'd rather not. I've just broken Challenger Elite in doubles, but I can't promise that that means anything in terms of competency or skill. I'm GMT, I generally get Friday & Saturday to myself, but I'm sure I can find 15 minutes here or there during the week.

 Tried to keep the drop shadow but end up being too much of a pain. Can't just rewrite it either because apparently Futura Bold doesn't come on Win10 as standard and microsoft want $35 for the privilege of having it.

E:  Font for the nametag is Futura Bold Quote Font is just Calibri The reason I haven't posted it as a template yet was because I wanted to work on it some more, but people seem to actually be enthusiastic about it this time, so here's the thing just as is. If I make a revamped version anyway you'd just have to slap it on top of the old one pretty much. I changed you two to be a team. We have 7 LFT players left. Soon we should be start pairing people off as a team. Once we have the teams mostly finalized I'll come up with the format. As a quick poll, do you guys think you'd prefer bracket play or round robin. Round robin would mean more games played, especially for lower ranked teams who might just get knocked out after 2 series. But it means more organization and more time commitment. Bracket play might be harder to schedule since you only have to play against a specific team. But there is less time commitment there if you are limited at all to how long you can spend on this tournament.

As for round robin or bracket play, I think round robin is probably better. There aren't that many teams yet, so it shouldn't really be a problem.
