I make 4 other posts in thread and they are all jokes, no content to them, then Quid engages me with:

So every other vote in the game at this point in time is literally just voting someone with one or two words at best. The closest thing to a case in terms of votes is Somber's early vote on DC for her apparent reaction to a joke. Somber voted DC on March 12th @ 5:01 PM US CST, not even a full 8 hours after the game started.

It's important to note here for the coming explanation why my response here is simply an explanation of the post Quid asked me about.

Now I've bolded the first sentence, because it's the linchpin in proving to you all that this is an illegitimate argument Quid is raising.

"It seems a bit odd to me that other stuff has happened in thread..."

Point to this other stuff specifically for the rest of the thread to see, please?

Also keep in mind that this case was made on March 14th, meaning that I had given the time to actually read the game, think about it in the context of joke phase wrapping up and make a vote.

The case, which I'll quote again for you was:

So back to Quid:

"DC's still your strongest gut-read"

So this is clever wording by Quid really.

I give no indication of holding conviction for a length of time in my response to him, and he produces it where there is none.

Another reason why this is bad and fake is because the case was literally made just a few hours before he asked. On that same day.

Literally the only other thing going on at that time was B- and himself failing at reading comprehension. The only other thing. That's it!

He is conveying to you that I've held some bad and silly opinion for a length of time, and that is simply a false representation and untrue, and it is why I think Quid is scum.

People discrediting me as a huge dumbass or simply making bad votes are probably your scum.

I'm going to keep my vote on Quid, because he is manufacturing false content.

So I don't see how it's hard to justify anything.

I mean, there's some bad cases and hot takes in thread, but quid is a caught liar.

Making up stuff to discredit something is like scum 101.

B might not be a bad vote from play alone, but I'd much rather lynch someone who has been exposed as manufacturing fake content.

That's something I can actually sink my teeth into, and is proven in thread.

first of all I'm gonna get my vote out of the way ## vote b-minus1

Some opinions

AA and quid are contributing a lot. I already said I'm suspicious of quid however I would rather keep them in the game for now just thanks to contributions and if they are scum their content will help later in the game. I am not suspicious of AA at all right now.

Dancer - Has made a case on b-, I wanna see that vote logged before deadline.

dbd - misguided vote on me notwithstanding, I am not supsicious of them. I disagree with the statement they made that b- is playing differently, iirc b- is playing the same way as usual, and as a reminder usual is scum.

dgk - not enough data but gut town

flerp - not voting flerp

jfisk - scum read. "I explained exactly why AA is scum. " - but no, you did not...

kash - I'll admit haven't had time to reread their posts. I've seen their name come up a bunch in other people's posts so I clearly need to put effort here. stay tuned.

somber- misformatted vote on b- should be corrected, town read.

summary

scum reads: b-, jfisk, MAYBE quid but unsure
town reads - aa, dbd, dgk, flerp, somber, and of course me

The cases on fisk are weak. I've not seen anything that places them as scum other than inactivity.

Although wrong, they explain that they believe in scum effort posting.

Fisk is mostly null with some suspicious behavior, but what is there has been relatively substantiated concisely, even if some of it is questionable.

I know i just took a stance about responding to scum reads, but this is literally one of the only things of worth you've put forth in terms of your own thoughts and not just picking at others.
