Defensively is where I am most worried. Line looked as bad up front as it did last year at some points though it did get better against the run outside that one drive. Pass rush didn't seem like it was effective unless they sent everyone. Ultimately though I am encouraged.

Russell played a great game he’s awesome. Defense was spotty but honestly I’m not going to rag on anything yet there was no pre-season and a global pandemic. Seahawks start the season by winning a 10am pacific road game, all good for me

Not so thrilled about our defensive prospects nor do I think Wentz has a chance of keeping upright this season the way our line is blocking. E: Things I liked: - Our two TE stuff looks great and aside from a notable Ertz drop they both look awesome. - Wentz is pretty good at eluding unblocked rushers. - Reagor showed he can take the top off and actually loving catch the ball! - Our DL was the shining spot of the game. They really looked good. Things that sucked: - Our blocking up front is atrocious. War crime level stuff there. Wentz was a pincushion. - Wentz didn’t throw a great game, either. I am skeptical that only the line was to blame. - Djax was mostly invisible but I’m going to say that having two streakers at WR only works if Wentz can stay in the pocket safely for the 3 seconds they need to get up field. - I had high hopes for Boston Scott and he didn’t really show anything outside of a nice attempt on 3rd down once. Harbaugh downplayed Stanley’s ankle at the presser. Not that he’d say anything but I’m hoping it’s not too serious. They have no depth there and Fluker isn’t good enough.

I think lack of training camp hurts them more than anyone. They got better as the game went on - started shutting down the runs and the secondary mostly held up as advertised. The lack of pass rush was the concerning one, and I think that's where the shortened time probably sucks; a lot of the stunts and whatever seem confusing + gotta give credit to the much improved Browns oline.
