Everything involving the Red Room throws off heavy human trafficking vibes, particularly in the opening credits montage.

At the climax of the movie, Dreykov's interactions with any of the Black Widows, Natasha included, have the air of a pimp knocking his girls around. He also makes it very clear that having an Avenger under his thumb will make him palatable to the world at large and he won't have to stick to the shadows anymore.
