Imma be eating a bunch of this poo poo cause I'm doing low carb. Fortunately it's good with the right seasoning and you can make fake rice and mashed cauliflower and it's also good roasted. Other veggies need to up their game imo.

The age old broccoli vs cauliflower debate. So many fist fights over this. I posit that cauliflower is less overbearing flavor for sauces, cheese etc while broccoli contributes more of an actual flavor. I've tried riced broccoli before and the flavor was just too strong it over powers the sauce or seasoning. But broccoli does have a somewhat better flavor I think. Especially roasted.
