Pretty much self-explanatory... Find an unusual image, and highlight the portion of the image that got your attention with a circle, or an arrow, or whatever. For bonus points, you might want to have an inset blow-up of the area in question. It doesn't have to be a TV framegrab, but, its a good place to start. Pretty much any picture will do.
