That is, it doesn't normally have it at this level but was born with it. Without it, all Jawnie would have is Astonish which would make this part impossible without another monster.   Choro Notes: Fake Tears is a dark-type move that harshly lowers the target's Special Defense by throwing off their concentration. This isn't that useful for Mawile, to be honest.
