That's the "twist" of that arc, that Nadeko was imagining the entire thing and was never really possessed or controlled (though she was being manipulated by Ougi). It also puts her earlier outburst in a different sort of context. Sometimes I wish we got to see Nadeko around sometimes just to see her talk a little more like this, that's an amazing voice.

Apparently animator Kazui Hiroko managed to leak on her homepage that she's been doing storyboards for Owarimonogatari in 2015, so we might actually see it soon. Fall season? Still 4 (5) books left to cover, so it could be long.

Mostly because almost everything that Kizu could provide as far as world building goes (Araragi is a horndog with the self-worth level of Shiro Emiya, Tsubasa was a horribly broken human being, Meme is... who the gently caress knows?) has already been covered some place else. I'm honestly more interested in seeing if any other work by this guy gets animated. Like Zaregoto. Holy crap would an anime of Zaregoto rule.

But the third volume of the Okitegami series comes out tomorrow, and if people got it early and took a photo of the ads they put at the end of the book, it wouldn't be unexpected. Nishio's official twitter account thing announced an entirely new title for publication in October, called Bishounen Tantei-dan, by the way.

The same tweet also contains a photo saying there are two more volumes of the Okitegami series coming out in October and December, so Nishio will be quite busy for the rest of the year.

i read that someone said they read on 2ch that that book Tsugimonogatari Nisio said would be after all the other books but plot-wise it is in the middle just had its name changed to Orokamonogatari. this is all too mysterious
