I'M GOING BEARZERK
WHEN THE POWER OF EVIL FALLS FROM THE DARK MOON, WHO WILL DEFEND THE POPULACE? (STRIKE KNIGHTS!)
WHEN THE STARS UNITE AGAINST THE CITIES OF THE WORLD, WHO WILL FIGHT BACK? (STRIKE KNIGHTS!)
ONCE AGAIN THE FALSE STAR HAS FALLEN AND WE CALL UPON YOU TO BRING BRIGHT, BRIGHT JUSTICE. (STRIKE KNIGHTS!)

The call went out today at 13:32. Your shuffle watches started glowing your signature colors, and beeped once. The message: A residential area on the south island of Alpha City was being attacked. Film crews haven't been able to get a good look at it and it seems to be avoiding existing camera drones deliberately. We've evacuated the area but the amount of collateral damage implies it's heading straight for South Island's reactor, which would be disastrous for South Island AND Alpha City.

Each of you is necessary, each of you has your own transportation method. NOW GO!

What this means is you guys get to write your arrivals in typical toku-flashy style as you regroup in a park near the latest bits of destruction. Y'all have free reign with this, if you want to arrive in a drop pod, do it. If you want a rider motorcycle, do it. When I say park though I mean residential, so it's lots of grass and maybe like a sandbox and some basic jungle gym type poo poo for kids.

I don't wanna I don't wanna I don't wanna I don't wanna!!!

The black and green warrior races to the scene on her motorcycle, recklessly moving through the streets and alleys. Sure, she hits a few building and cars along the way, but someone else will pay for it! As she arrives in the park, she dramatically skids to a stop, leaping off the motorcycle with a flip and landing on the edge of a nearby slide. She hops off and strikes a heroic pose, shouting out her carefully rehearsed catchphrase.

"Those who would threaten the peace of the land shall receive no mercy! The souls of the wicked shall be judged! Wanna take a gamble? Just try me! Blackjack has arrived!"

Kasper is lounging by a pool when he gets the call. He finishes off the last of his cheese fries, licking his fingers. "You couldn't wait until tomorrow to destroy the city? I was having such a relaxing day."

He steps around behind the locker room, and holds his Shuffle Watch across his chest. He traces an '8' in the air with his hands, the outline glowing with energy, and then punches through. The air cracks and falls away, and brilliant energy flows through to transform him into Crazy 8!

"I'd better not be late." He hits the switch on his wrist and steps through the portal, stepping out on top of a jungle gym at the park.

"Your punishment for these crimes...is infinite!"

Now

A helicopter in red and black flies over the LZ, fast. Doesn't even slow down to try and land. A figure clinging to the side grins (not that anyone can see) and drops off the side as it passes over, with a shout of "AWWWWWWWW YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!"

With a thunderous boom there's another crater in the street, and Calamity Jane stands up in the center, index finger pointed at the target site (and the cameras.)

"Who dares? I DARE! Anyone who gets in my way..."

13:32

Cola was splayed out across a cartoonishly multicolored towel on the beach, asleep in the sun with a surfboard poking up out of the sand, looking out onto the horizon. The watch on his wrist lets out its absurdly catchy beeping siren, causing the giant flowing pink anemone that is Cola's hair to stir, and him to stare at the watch with sleepy frustration. "mmmmgrm...hm? Wha?" Slamming awake, Cola flips around and sits up, looking at the watch. "...awwww snap. Looks like it's morphin' time!" With that notion, he scrambles up with his surfboard and towel and books it to his '70's Holden station wagon.

Now

With the rest of the group having assembled, there's a brief pause. Suddenly, there is a pink and silver dot in the sky, gliding and spiraling, contrails following it as it flies towards the park. There's a brief presence, a hint of music and force, before the nature of the dot is revealed. There he is, one of the Strike Knights! And what the hell is he riding?

A real, honest to god, jet surfboard, playing surf rock from some unseen speakers. Flying through the air, straight towards the ground.

With a simple twist along the air tubs, the pink-as-hell Strike Knight drives the surfboard almost to impact, corkscrewing along the way until he almost crashes. Just then, he kicks off of the board, and the board simply...vanishes. As if it were nothing, the Strike Knight crashes into the ground, sliding along the dirt with ease as if he had just hopped off a ledge. He comes to a stop with a simple twist, his jacket adding to the twist as he gives a thumbs up to the rest of the group. "Don't worry guys, the party can start, cause the Jack of Hearts just got dealt!" With that, Jack of Hearts pumps a fist into the air. "COME ON! ARE YOU READY GUYS?!" He throws up the hang-ten sign into the air, the sun shining between his fingers. "GET YA KOWABUNGA ON BRAH!"

Jane crashes into something big, something hard and nasty. Foul hot air vents all around her as empty air begins to flicker and a massive eye opens, pink and yellow. The air flickers more and the threat is revealed.

It's massive reptilian body covered in bony plates and sharp edges everywhere. Its long rough, sharp tongue wrapped around a gas tank it seems to have ripped out of a car squeezes, crushing it and showering the creature with gasoline.

It disappears even as it drops the gas tank to the ground.

Since it's taking ANY damage to leader, it hits 0 on leader, and 6 to operative at K Prime's spillover choice. Unfortunately it doesn't have poo poo to rip on leader. Still gripping the tongue, Jane starts hauling backwards. "I don't think so, smartass! GET OVER HERE!" With a grunt, Jane yanks. The chameleon is a little stickier than expected, so rather than coming back the two sort of meet in the middle, in midair, as the tongue rebounds. Jane raises a hand, open palm.

"GET DUNKED!"

With a meaty slap, the overgrown lizard is sent plummeting into the engine, which breaks a lot of parts of both.

Jane lands. Poses with a thumb up. Rotates it to thumb down.

The engine explodes.

"AW YEAH!"

Entering the engine sector with Operative, just barely not catching fire.
KPrime, 8 = 8, 8 = 8+7 = 15 disrupting a betongued chameleon with WEDDING CRASHER. One damage and the chameleon is dragged back here.
KPrime, 9 = 9, 6 = 6 +7 =16

Alright NOW I'm takin' that bribe, also gonna overclock straight to the Operative, cause screw that guy.

"HAHA, YEAH BUDDY!" And then the Chameleon thing decides to fling an engine, skidding it across the ground. "Wha- oh dude NOT COOL!" At that, Cola makes a quick backflip, skidding along the ground by his heels as he brakes. He did not expect that thing to be conscious enough to move, let alone throw a tantrum and a giant engine block in his direction. This would complicate things...
