it has more of a story. i personally like it but you have to pay attention to understand it which a lot of folks dont want to do with an action movie so they dont like it. fights and car chase are amazing tho

My friends and I watched the first Shaolin vs. Evil Dead without subtitles and the entire time we were joking about how bad it was. Towards the end when the big fight is brewing we were in shock at just how bad it was and my friend started choking on his laughter, between gasps for air he managed to yell out "The only way this movie could get worse, would be if a meteor fell from the sky and killed them all!" and not a minute later, the camera pans to the sky, and a giant meteor is about to fall on them all. That's the only time I've ever seen someone laugh so hard that they threw up.

Real Post watch the newest Stephen Chow movie Journey To The West

This movie is badass and if you're at all a fan of stephen chow or the idea of live-action looney tunes kung-fu you need to watch it
e: and if you're not familiar with Stephen Chow just watch all of his movies except CJ7. Kung Fu Hustle is the best, but also check out Shaolin Soccer and The God of Cookery, but they're a little derivative
There's also Sukiyaki Western Django starring Quentin Tarintino if you're ok with something that's more western than kung-fu but has trappings of both and very fun, on the other hand it's Takeshi Miike so you've probably seen it
