We've got forum rules you should abide by, of course. 2. Do not post links or files to poo poo that is licensed. Support the official release, you dorks. If we have an ongoing manga it's fine to post weekly links, but I don't want to see you doing that for old stuff and I sure as hell don't want to see torrents. 3. Do not make unfunny low content OPs or threads. I want to encourage everyone to post their own way and I do not want you to feel it's necessary to write a book for your OP, but I sure as hell don't want to see three sentences in the OP and then a bunch of idiots following up with unfunny comments. I will probate accordingly for that stuff. 4. No porn... don't do it. Like for real, just don't, I think this is pretty simple. The same goes for any kind of erotica, really. 5. Don't be a creep. 6. Do not helldump. I don't mind if you want to make fun of someone because you disagree with them or don't like them, but don't be a spiteful dick about it and drudge up their forums drama or emotional baggage. This is a place to discuss Japanese animated cartoons and comics, there's no reason to take stuff that far and it's just genuinely uncool. 7. Use spoiler tags, please. Depending on the severity of the spoilers, I might let it go by with a warning, but if you dropped like some huge spoilers on some dude in a general chat thread, I'm hitting you for that. I generally don't think spoilers are a huge deal, but some people do and I will respect their point of view. If it's an ongoing anime discussion, please spoiler tag the latest episodes, same for manga chapters. If you are discussing a show that's over, please keep the spoilers relegated to their individual threads and tag them in general threads. Depending on how old the series is, I'm cool with you not posting spoiler tags at all. 8. I'm gonna ban you if you post lolicon poo poo. GENERAL REPORTING AND POSTING GUIDELINES Report terrible posts! I am, but one man in a sea of anime guys. I can only read so many threads at one time. If you want me to deal with a terrible post, I need you to report it to me. I check my reports pretty frequently, so do not worry. Your report will be seen, however... Do not report lowercased and low effort posts to me. It's one thing if it's an OP, it's another if some dude just says a thing in a thread. We are all adults here and I think everyone can convey their feelings however they want to and be understood well enough by others so you aren't all acting like petulant children over who did and did not dot their Is. Do not have multiple threads for the same thing. I'm cool with having like individual threads, but if your thread is another thread of the same thread or is bad, I'm gassing it. Look back through the pages to see if a thread already exists for something. If there is an adaptation of something please do not put spoilers from the canon material in the thread. Do not post manga spoilers in an anime adaptation thread, same goes for an adapation of a light novel, visual novel, etc. Small ones are fine, but if I see CIA-Document level posting going on, I'm serving subpoenas. However, magazine info and stuff like that is fine. If they feel it's worth promoting, it's fine to talk to about. I don't want to see people throwing spoiler reports because some guy posted a basic summary that is provided in magazines or interviews or commercials. Post from the heart. There's nothing cool about someone disingenuously posting something. If you like a thing, put your posting heart into it. I love you all and I wanna see you sparkle and shine like the stars I know you can be Be the change you want to see in the forums. So there you go, there's the rules. They're the same for the most part, but I like to hope we can all come together from here and have a good time posting and enjoying ourselves in the Animated Drawings To Replace Women subforum. EDIT: Dogpiling Do not loving ride someone because they disagree with you. It's really awful seeing some guy type out something that they're kind of serious about and for 10 people to follow it up with no content insults. If you want to poo poo on someone, then do so by bringing up actual points and reasons. Don't be an rear end in a top hat and just echo chamber against them. There have been two new things added to the guidelines, obviously. I didn't think I would have to make mention of these, but you fuckers really made it a problem.
