I like all of Jerry's old bluegrassy stuff, even though I'm not the biggest fan of the genre. he was always a great bluegrass player imo and could whale on the mandolin.

right on. my understanding is while he knew dave grisman and they played together from an early time, most of these recordings are towards the 90s w/ him on guitar and dave on mando
