Yeesh. I'm getting the sense now that Welsie is a hardcore momentum character like Runika. Ghastly powerful if you can keep the pressure on, but if she has a couple bad turns and loses her cool toys, she's hamstrung.

Welsie discarded Burst, so she can't actually do that. OTOH, if Tollymain wants to forfeit at this point I totally understand. Welsie feels like a pretty weak character, and TBH Tolly's gutsy attempts to outbluff me early on didn't help at all. Discordant should be really dangerous with its +2 priority and Ignore Stun Guard, but Welsie never got a chance to use it. Maybe someone should do a Welsie vs. Voco matchup to make her feel better.

i'm willing to concede. theoretically i could dig out of this hole but with bad positioning, an overwhelming life disadvantage, and my ua entirely out of commission, i don't think that's too likely  welsie definitely seems like a character that you've gotta start strong and blast the opponent down quick, once you knock her on her rear end it's hard for her to get back up
