I can't understand the Napolitano dialect for poo poo so the rest of the video is a wash for me but I recall at one point the guy yelled something like "Don't touch (the car)!" when someone's hands got too close. And the problem there is not that there is no physical way for him to be moved, it's just a perfect storm of a hilariously incompetent driver, a tiny street, a car with a bad turning circle (afaik), and that classic Italian conviction that you're always right and you're always the victim of some big conspiracy. Also, Italians aren't great at banding together to work towards a common purpose. You ever come here and try to line up for something without a ticket machine? The joker himself couldn't have asked for greater carnage
