Space Adventure Cobra has a good soundtrack. If we're talking songs from Durarara, I personally love this one, since it often plays when Izaya's being a smug dick, and is utterly perfect for that purpose. I guess some picks from other shows would be this great one from Chihayafuru S2 (used pretty sparingly as I remember, and does a great job of hyping up certain moments), and Kong's theme from Ping Pong (fantastic OST in general, but that's my favourite).
