Can someone recommend me a phone and plan? Carrier really doesn't matter, just needs to work in the DC Metro Area. The phone needs to be rugged (it'll be used by clumsy people on the road who are generally rough on things). It doesn't need to have data, smart phone capabilities, text message, etc. It just needs to be able to make and receive phone calls, at the rate of about 200 minutes per month.
