The closest there was to a penis inspection day back when I was in high school was the annual physical all kids had to participate in if they wanted to play sports. The hernia check for men was done by the local physicians, and for some reason my dad kept ending up being the one to check me every year. TL;DR my doctor dad checked my balls once a year during my time in high school.

The only time we had mandatory physicals was for if we played sports. But in 7th or 8th grade we also had one mandatory for everyone. All the girls were examined at the same time, and this one weird girl didn't wear a bra. No one said anything, but she was like, "I guess I forgot to wear an undershirt today." Also, the woman that did the exam did the exam for all the boys, and the boys went one at a time instead. Everything about that school seems weirder and weirder the more I remember about it. But it was a private school, so that probably explains everything.

our sports physicals in highschool was like everyone in this big room and you just went from station to station and like basically they just checked your height and weight and bloodpressure and poo poo, no ball fondling i feel like I got cheated now
