The mods hate fun. Not really. Suicide Requests are already banned in Games (and YOSPOS, although that's a much smaller forum.) I've got a handful of reasons for it. I'll enumerate the big ones for you: 1) We've got a lot of posters on this forum who've had bad time with mental illness. GBS shouldn't be literally dangerous for someone suffering from mental illness. Have some freakin compassion for our fellow goon. 2) Personally, I don't want to see body bags piling up in a forum under my jurisdiction. I don't think I could live with it. 3) It's not funny. I've never uttered even a chortle at a "kill urself OP" post. If the punchline of your joke is "kill yourself" or you feel like this ban is impinging on your epic comedy routine, then perhaps you should work on some new material. Before you go off the deep end with cool words like tumblr and safespace, may I remind you that there are other forums on this website that are not forumid=1 and allow for savage flames and Power Word Death; including, yes, the pink forum.
