In the Early 90's there was a documentary on HBO about two career criminals. I can recall only a few scenes. The ending scene was a guy with glasses in jail for impersonating a police officer. he denies it to the officers and admits it to the documentary producers. Another scene, he is going in for a drug test and pours bleach on his finger tips. Another scene, the other guy is at a strip club and goes to take a leak. he tells another patron "I have to PEEEEEEEEEEEE" and the other guy repeats it.. i think. the documentary ends with him getting high in broad daylight and falling over. For the life of me, i cannot recall the name of it... please help!
