Apparently the source on that is loving Disco Inferno talking about it on Russo's podcast.quote:Gilbertti informs that he has heard that Road Dogg is now the head writer on Smackdown Live. He says that’s probably reason that Smackdown has been a better show than RAW for a number of weeks now. Russo had not heard that news and he’s very happy for Road Dogg. That doesn't really make any sense so I wouldn't worry about it unless someone more credible says something.

road dogg was the lead writer for smackdown from october 2015 until ryan ward took over, it's not too far out of the realm of possibility they would have changed back. disco inferno has never led me astray, he's a man you can trust
