S-1 needs your EOT writeup NLT redeployment minus 270 days, so first line supervisors need to review first drafts immediately, pass up through platoon sergeants and 1SG by the end of the week. You already know what you rate, but here is unofficial guidance from the brigade CSM just in case: E-1 - E5 or anyone who has been flagged in the last two years: certificate of achievement E-5 and E-6 in leadership positions: ARCOM or equivalent E-7 and up, regardless of how late you deployed or what your job was: bronze star

My MOH got downgraded to a COA since I busted tape two years ago... I should never have saved those children from the burning building while taking out the platoon of insurgents with my knife. Now they are saying my profile for missing a leg is malingering and they are drawing up art-15 paperwork.
