Street tacos are the best. A guy opened up a taco truck down the street from my work a couple of years ago and I went there often. He made great food, and had worked for years as a cook at a big chain restaurant just to save up to buy his taco truck and do his own thing.

I love supporting the little guy, especially when they have really good stuff! But now he moved his spot and I can rarely get them and dammit I want some of his awesome street tacos now!
