We would appoint leaders to negotiate conflict between free peoples, provide protection from Statists that would come and try and dominate and steal from our stateless state, and maybe provide services to help the poor and destitute members of the state. not at all, for man is an animal who does not naturally seek to care for anyone but himself in anarchy we seek to care for kin and loved one and for little else please point to the system that proves this belief wrong
