The first major use of the Cesaro Swing is one of my favorite modern wrestling moments. He's doing a nothing Raw match against Santino and the crowd simply could not care less. They're starting with the boredom chants like "RANDY SAVAGE" and all that. Cesaro then starts swinging Santino and keeps it going for a long while. At first, the crowd just sits on its hands, but over time, they start to realize what's going on and really get into it more and more.

I know he later turned it into a finisher but man it looked great. Now that I think about it, I also saw a guy hit a Canadian Destroyer and not get carded for it, I poo poo you not. Fortunately the guy didn't quite go down on his head.
