modafinil is Very Good but can have some really bizarre side effects like sheet-bleaching night sweats and crazy itchiness.

It's okay, for me it just felt like four shots of espresso without having to piss continuously.

Apparently nicotine by itself in small doses is not addictive, which is why nicotine products rarely work for people trying to quit smoking. It has also been shown to improve cognition.

lmao this is a really lovely thing to do to people who don't know better

realpost for a sec, as someone who is prescribed both modafinil & dexedrine, they help but they come at a cost, both short & long term. if you feel like you need pharma help please do talk to a doctor first. modafinil can seriously gently caress up your sleep & circadian rhythm, and all amphetamine variants impact anxiety & your heart.

I'm serious though. Most studies of the effects of nicotine on humans - and reports of those studies - seem to actually involve smokers and conflate 'smoking' with 'nicotine use'. I'll grant you I'm probably wrong about it not actually being addictive, but I don't know that taking a hit of a nicotine inhaler or chewing some gum now and then would be any worse than having multiple cups of coffee every day.

At the same time I'm not really desperate enough for stimulants to try it out. I'm good on a coffee and light exercise in the morning.

i can't speak for everybody out there -

for me, I was never much of a smoker or anything. I just started the gum because I wanted the nicotine as a concentration-enhancer.

I don't really get withdrawal when I stop, but the gum forms some very determined habits over time (probably because you're chemically conditioning your brain to like it)

So my experience is that one piece isn't addictive, and neither is one box. But over time you form habits that are drat hard to break, and you get cravings because of them

used 2ci once as an expirement.
a low dose. like 6mg.
the drat tabs in sql mgmt studio kept moving around.

basically, just balance a proper intake of your preferred upper, downer, and weed.
booze and coffee, xanax and adderall, vice versa, and other options.

really, there is no wrong answer.
