I got trolled by the yospos game thread into spending a bunch of points on Resistance first time I played Dark Souls. I had like 10 points into it at level 20 before I found out it's apparently worthless and I had gimped myself

thats block% youre thinking of .. stability dictates how much stamina you lose per block. which is a more useful stat generally, some of the best shields are only 85-95% block
