I personally use fanficfare for making epubs of RR (which has also solved that watermark issue) but their github indicates they've resolved that issue https://github.com/dteviot/WebToEpub/issues/1177

Angharad's big problem is that her story's so disconnected to everyone else while also getting so much time. It's an issue with the whole novel but it really stands out with her. We're the better part of a million words in, these threads have to tie together at some point. I do love her being an absolute moron though.
