my gram always told me to spit, spit, and spit again at the mountain. Spit to fill up a lake, a river, an ocean. Spit to create a local climate system to climb up that mountain, to water it and nourish it. Spit to make the coffee grow, to ripen, to fall off to the ground and flow in the monsoon rains you've created down that rocky slope to a river, a stream, a creek, and finally to a trickle, ending at your feet. Spit for a job well done. Then, and only then, would my gram say that you could truly say that you have made coffee. She said the same applied to making babies. ---------------- |

I'm bad at making coffee so I use Nestlé capsule coffee and get it done. Currently posting from my office with a warm one
