For those who think the first goal was offside, the laws say the first frame of video where the ball is touched is the point where you should take the screencap. The AR was in line and kept the flag down. The VAR reviewed the video (as with all goals) and decided the call was correct. Chapman couldn't "review" it at the monitor because it's factual (offside or not offside) and not subject to interpretation, so he'd just ask the VAR to rewind and check.
