Okay, well he's been the same for the past couple seasons. Cutting down his usage through a season to a third of what it was five years ago and moving him to a pitcher friendly park/division/league probably amounts for some of it, maybe some coach at the Padres helped too but who knows.

He's really much better than when I watched him a lot with the Jays. That was a fantastic inning though
