Hello, I've become fairly hosed, money-wise. I got fired 2 jobs ago, and my last job let me go because it was a remote position where I was doing standard stuff while waiting for stuff on my side of the country to break so I could go fix it, but it didn't break. This probably could have been avoided by being stellar instead of just okay, but no sense dwelling on it instead of moving forward. My current situation is jobless in need of money, and it's become ridiculous looking for a job nearby because I'm repeatedly told I'm overqualified or sorry we went with one of the 2 other people in the running for the job. So anyways I need money and it doesn't really matter if it's half what I was making before. At this point getting half my previous rate would be rad as hell. Any income is better than zero income while chucking resumes at virtual office buildings hoping someone gives me the time of day. I'm looking for stuff I can do simply by proving I can do it, like transcription or editing or whatever else can be done by assignment. Unfortunately https://realwaystoearnmoneyonline.com/ hasn't been great at helping me accomplish this. Does anyone have any other resources for this, or can you share your knowledge of which companies are poo poo and which ones can actually give you work and pay you? I would prefer working on my own schedule and getting started as soon as possible, but if I have to do some other stuff, whatever. I am hoping I can accumulate enough side hustle work to amount to paying rent.
